Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Toribio Hernandez Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Chronic Ethanol Use

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension and Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 9:50 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 16, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
