(L.A.) Ofer Brigel, 55, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ofer Brigel of North Hollywood, California.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methadone
RIP OFER H BRIGEL (November 7, 1967 – May 24, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 6, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive. This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
