Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Black female that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Kathy Coleman.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Cocaine, Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine

RIP KATHY COLEMAN (February 11, 1959 – May 16, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 1, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
