(L.A.) Tanner Turner, 26, Died from Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Tanner Turner.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP TANNER CHASE TURNER (March 10, 1997 – April 16, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 9:33 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 12, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

This was an accidental overdose.
