The coroner’s office has identified the man as Suraine De Dodwell.

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
RIP SURAINE DE DODWELL (February 12, 1980 – February 20, 2023)
The decedent appears to have been from Sri Lanka.
He is survived by his wife and baby girl.
The decedent visited Dubai in February 2021.
