Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 96-year-old Asian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Yoon Hee Lee.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Complications of Right Femoral Neck Fracture

Cause of Death B: Displaced Fracture of the Right Femoral Neck

Other Significant Conditions: Dementia, Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus
