The coroner’s office identified the woman as Jennifer Root.

Cause of Death A: Bilateral Pulmonary Thromboemboli

Cause of Death B: Left Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis

Cause of Death C: Obesity

Other Significant Conditions: Hormonal Pharmacotherapy (Perimenopausal); Recent Immobility (Nontraumatic)
