The coroner’s office identified the man as Salvador Fontan. Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Anastasio.

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Septic Shock

Cause of Death C: Probable Pneumonia and Human Rhinovirus/Enterovirus Infection

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Congestive Heart Failure, Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, End-Stage Renal Disease Requiring Dialysis, Unspecified Dementia
