Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jose Navarro.

Cause of Death: Combined Toxic Effects of Fentanyl, Alprazolam, and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Cardiomegaly
