The coroner’s office identified the infant boy as Jerome Stamps.

Cause of Death A: Intrauterine Fetal Demise

Cause of Death B: Chronic Maternal Vascular Malperfusion and Hypertrophic Decidual Vasculopathy

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Raymont Skaggs.
