The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Veronica Beltran-Brito.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis, Site Not Established

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 2:52 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 24.

We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.
