Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 82-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a convalescent center.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Sara Masri.

Cause of Death: Parkinson’S Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Alzheimer’s Disease, Atherosclerotic Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes
