Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at Redondo Beach pier.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Michael Kelley.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of the Head

RIP MICHAEL KELLEY (1969 – December 19, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.
