Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Manuel Turcios Vigil.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Gastrointestinal Bleed

Cause of Death B: Sequelae of Chronic Ethanol Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Manuel Vijil Turcio.
