(L.A.) Jared Tarquini, 42, Died Outside a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred outside a residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jared Tarquini.

Height: 5 feet 8 inches / Weight: 230 pounds

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 19, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

The decedent was a sex offender on Megan’s List.

His rap sheet included an arrest by LAPD in May 2025 at 15142 Hartsook Street in Sherman Oaks for trespassing.

Among his known aliases are Jared Michael Degado and Jared Delgado. He had worked in the industry as a model and actor, but was transient in recent years.
