(L.A.) Cade Shadowens, 22, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 22-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Cade Shadowens.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Diazepam, and Clonazepam
