Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Stacey Hill.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Use

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
