Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Reginald Williams.
Manner of Death: Natural
Cause of Death: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease
Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus; Acute and Chronic Alcohol Use Disorder

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on December 15.
