(L.A.) Douglas McQuiller, 60, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Douglas McQuiller.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Acute Mixed Drug Intoxication

Cause of Death B: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine, Fentanyl and Heroin

Other Significant Condition: Essential Hypertension

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
