The coroner’s office identified the woman as Lenore Eaton.

Cause of Death A: Hypoxic Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death B: Probable Aspiration Pneumonia

Cause of Death C: Dysphagia

Cause of Death D: Cerebrovascular Accident (Stroke)

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Osteopenia
