Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as April Brown.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

On September 30, the Department of Medical Examiner changed their initial conclusion that this was a natural death.
