(L.A.) Gerald Green, 57, Died in a Tent

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old Black male that occurred in a tent.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Gerald Green.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Mixed Drug Toxicity (Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, Phencyclidine [PCP], and Cocaine)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
