The coroner’s office has identified the man as Paul Kubiak.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Morbid Obesity; Covid-19 Infection; Diabetes Mellitus
