(L.A.) Megan Zupanic, 52, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Megan Zupanic.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Hydrocodone, Cocaine, and Alprazolam Toxicity

RIP MEGAN ZUPANIC (October 6, 1972 – April 16, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 5:14 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 1, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
