Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the young man as Mario Leyva.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis

RIP MARIO LEYVA (August 31, 1999 – December 18, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 3:55 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on February 12.
