Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Darrin Endreola.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Cocaine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:51 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
