(L.A.) Kerry Harker, 36, Died From Substance Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kerry Harker.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Ethanol

RIP KERRY HARKER (January 6, 1988 – December 20, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 2:25 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 17, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.
