(L.A.) Ernesto Perez, 29, Died From Polydrug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ernesto Perez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Alprazolam

RIP ERNESTO PEREZ (June 13, 1995 – November 2, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 12:04 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 22, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
