The coroner’s office has identified the man as James Miller Jr.

Cause of Death A: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Severe Anemia, Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, End-Stage Renal Disease Requiring Dialysis, Failure to Thrive
