Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Chad Perbeck of Concord, California. Born in the state of Connecticut.
Manner of Death: Natural
Cause of Death: Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:35 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in November, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.
