(L.A.) Tami Hayworth, 66, Died on a Street

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 66-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred on a street.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tami Hayworth.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Blunt Trauma

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 8:31 a.m.
The decedent was on a bicycle when she was fatally hit by a car that had just collided with a school bus in the Lakewood area.
LASD said the incident happened by Del Amo and Norwalk boulevards.
The school bus with no students onboard was going westbound on Del Amo and making a left turn onto Norwalk when a Honda allegedly ran a red light and collided with the bus.
The Honda then struck the bicyclist.
