Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Latino male that occurred on a public bench.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Hector Ramiro Morales.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 12:20 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on November 3, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
