The coroner’s office has identified the man as Quincy Nunes.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Jefferson.

Height: 6 feet / Weight: 215 pounds

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Stab Wound of the Chest

RIP QUINCY ANTHONY NUNES (December 18, 1986 – September 6, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 6:42 a.m.

The decedent was stabbed in Santa Monica.

He was found at around 6:30 a.m. in an alley near the 1100 block of Sixth Street, north of Wilshire Boulevard, about a block from Christine Emerson Reed Park.
