The coroner’s office has identified the man as Armando Perez.

Cause of Death A: Ischemic Heart Disease

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Congestive Heart Failure, Atrial Fibrillation, and Morbid Obesity
