Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Luis Guzman.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Heroin, Citalopram, Trazodone, and Ethanol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:18 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on October 1, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.
