The coroner’s office has identified the man as Charles Milner.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Diabetic Ketoacidosis

Cause of Death B: Latent Autoimmune Diabetes

Other Significant Conditions: Methamphetamine Effects; Hypertension; Hyperlipidemia; Epilepsy
