RIP CAMILLE PACE (May 13, 1983 – June 5, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 9:18 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 10.

Colonic volvulus involves the twisting of the colon, which can obstruct blood flow and lead to tissue death. Megacolon is a condition where the colon is abnormally enlarged, which can also lead to complications. When these conditions lead to death, it’s often due to complications like bowel ischemia (reduced blood flow), perforation (a hole in the colon), or sepsis (a severe infection).

An adult daycare center is typically a non-residential facility that supports the health, nutritional, social, and daily living needs of adults in a professionally staffed, group setting. These facilities provide adults with transitional care and short-term rehabilitation following hospital discharge.
