(L.A.) David Spencer, 59, Died on a Ship at Sea

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Caucasian male that occurred on a ship at sea.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Spencer of Vermontville, Michigan.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:05 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 5, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.

We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.
