The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rudy Silva.

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Diabetes Mellitus
