Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 21-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tiffany Kadow.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Alprazolam and Oxycodone

RIP TIFFANY KADOW (August 24, 2002 – March 5, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 5:16 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 2, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
