Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Aurelio Castillo.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Kidney Injury

Cause of Death B: Adenovirus Infection

RIP AURELIO CASTILLO (February 26, 1980 – February 28, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 5:54 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in August.
