Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Amber Hultquist of Whittier.
Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Acosta.

Hair: Brown / Eyes: Hazel
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 5:39 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 12, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
