Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old Hispanic male that occurred on a bench.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Eduardo Perez.
Manner of Death: Natural
Cause of Death: Dilated Cardiomyopathy
Other Significant Conditions: History of Schizophrenia, Chronic Kidney Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 1:29 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
