(L.A.) Alison Ulrich, 28, Ended Her Life

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Alison Ulrich.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Lamotrigine and Ethanol (Alcohol) Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 2:37 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 6, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive.

Lamotrigine, sold under the brand name Lamictal among others, is a medication used to treat epilepsy and stabilize mood in bipolar disorder.
