Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old Black male that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Robert Dentley.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Idiopathic Epilepsy

RIP ROBERT DENTLEY (October 2, 1987 – November 2, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 2:00 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 3, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
