Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Nakia Trott.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Septicemia

Cause of Death B: Necrotizing Fasciitis of Left Leg

Cause of Death C: Blunt Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Chronic Drug Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:43 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 2.
