Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Hasenna Miramontes.

Cause of Death: Effects of Oxycodone and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 4:48 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
