(L.A.) Aaron Cowart, 38, Died in Transitional Housing

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Black male that occurred in transitional housing.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Aaron Cowart.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 9:30 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
