Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old Asian male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Ma.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

RIP DAVID MA (May 15, 1971 – September 29, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 12:54 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 27, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
