The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Gonzalez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Embolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis, Left Lower Extremity

Other Significant Conditions: Cardiomegaly, Obesity, History of Chronic Tobacco Use
